Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate Brokerage)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across objectives, funnels, and audiences.
• Build lead-generation funnels from ads through landing pages and CRM to sales conversion; manage segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel targeting.
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4; maintain UTM, event, and conversion tracking.
• Track lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, and ROAS/ROI; develop attribution and reporting across channels.
• Integrate advertising platforms with CRM, lead distribution, and automation tools; track the CRM journey from lead through transaction.
• Optimize campaigns based on sales outcomes, improve lead quality and speed-to-lead with sales and CRM teams, and manage advertising budgets for scalable ROI.
• Build automated dashboards and reports; run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
• Monitor tracking accuracy, data discrepancies, attribution gaps, and duplicate leads.

Requirements

• Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Technical skills include Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion and event tracking, UTM structures, and attribution frameworks.
• Experience with CRM and API integrations, lead routing, automation, and lead distribution platforms.
• Reporting skills with Looker Studio or Power BI and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of landing-page and funnel optimization, A/B testing, conversion-rate optimization, data analysis, dashboards, and performance forecasting.
• Understanding of webhooks, APIs, and marketing automation is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
