Human Resources Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding; develop strategies to attract real estate talent.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, and accurate employee files.
• Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one evaluations; monitor KPIs, targets, and performance trends; prepare monthly reports for management.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans with department heads and team leads.
• Track attendance, leave, punctuality, and employee discipline; ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns; develop and continually improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinate employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions; support manpower planning and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Admin on payroll inputs, attendance, and employee matters.
• Monitor engagement, retention, and workplace culture; conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
• Ensure HR processes are implemented consistently across departments and provide management with recommendations to improve productivity and employee performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UAE or Dubai HR experience; real estate experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Strong recruitment and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
