Asset Homez is hiring a target-driven Junior Recruiter for its HR team.
The role focuses on recruiting real estate professionals in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Source and recruit property consultants, team leaders, and other real estate professionals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate trackers.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Build a pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
- Work toward monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of UAE real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of the UAE real estate recruitment market.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment or job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 per month plus incentives.
Work location
- Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
