Lead and grow the Business Setup and Corporate Services division in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Lead the division and drive revenue, sales performance, and business growth.
- Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation, structures, licensing, and jurisdictions.
- Manage the sales and operations team; set and monitor targets, KPIs, conversion rates, and performance.
- Develop client acquisition strategies, revenue channels, partnerships, referral networks, and corporate relationships.
- Maintain relationships with Free Zones, government authorities, and stakeholders.
- Oversee company incorporation, licensing, renewals, amendments, and related corporate services.
- Identify market opportunities and strategies to expand the business.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE Business Setup, Company Formation, or Corporate Services experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
- Proven sales, revenue generation, and business development track record; strong team management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Leadership experience in a Business Head, General Manager, Director, Sales Head, or similar position is preferred.
- An established network in the UAE business setup ecosystem is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
