- Own day-to-day execution of
Google Ads
- (Search, Shopping, PMax) across our brands.
- Manage
Meta Ads
- campaigns end-to-end — creative briefing, audience structure, testing, scaling
- Run
Reddit Ads
- campaigns we are scaling across all four brands (campaign structure already mapped, you'll execute and iterate)
- Navigate
- regulated-industry ad policy
- — our pharma accounts run "Eligible (Limited)" by design with full certification; you'll need to understand what's allowed and what isn't
- Build search term and negative keyword workflows, audience signals for PMax, and Shopping feed optimisation
- Produce weekly performance reports the founder can actually read — spend, CPA, ROAS, LTV-aware decisions
- Coordinate with the dev team on tracking (gtag, S2S, server-side via Cloudflare Workers) and with affiliates (Katalys, Pion)
- Spot waste fast and reallocate budget across brands and channels
