About This Role
Overview
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube.
Build and manage email marketing flows, campaign management, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CVR) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Work with design/content teams to develop creative assets tailored for each platform.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters.
Monitor site traffic and campaign behavior using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console..
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
