We Are Hiring โ Real Estate Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive

We are specifically looking for a PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN real estate marketer with PROVEN EXPERIENCE in generating quality real estate leads through Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
This is NOT a basic social media handling role.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in:
โ Real estate lead generation
โ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
โ Campaign optimization & audience targeting
โ Social media growth
โ Daily real estate content production
โ Video editing & property marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads for off-plan and secondary properties
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion
- Monitor CPL, campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
- Create and manage daily real estate content including reels, walkthroughs, broker branding videos & promotional campaigns
- Handle social media growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Facebook
- Coordinate with brokers and sales teams for project promotions and campaign execution
- Edit short-form videos and create engaging content aligned with current Dubai real estate trends
- Support CRM marketing, retargeting campaigns, and lead nurturing activities
- Analyze campaign insights and provide weekly performance reports
Mandatory Requirements
โ๏ธ Proven experience generating real estate leads through Meta Ads
โ๏ธ Prior experience in Dubai real estate marketing preferred
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing & campaign scaling
โ๏ธ Ability to demonstrate previous lead generation results and campaign performance during interview
โ๏ธ Experience in video editing, reel creation, and social media content production
โ๏ธ Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, social media algorithms & digital marketing strategies
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of current UAE real estate marketing trends
โ๏ธ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred
- Experience marketing off-plan projects
- Knowledge of CRM systems and WhatsApp marketing
- Experience growing real estate social media pages organically
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation
Aed 4,500 โ Aed 7,000
+ performance incentives (depending on experience and proven results)
