We're building a platform that transforms how personal events are planned and booked in Saudi Arabia — starting with Riyadh.
We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to own full-funnel growth from pre-launch through scale.
This is a leadership role in a fast-moving startup.
You will set the direction, lead a lean team of specialists and freelancers, and stay close enough to execution to make fast, informed decisions.
Growth & Acquisition
Define and execute the multi-channel acquisition strategy across digital and offline
Oversee paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
Optimize CAC, conversion funnels, and ROAS across all channels
Design structured growth experiments with measurable outcomes
Brand & Content
Shape brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
Lead Arabic-first content strategy across all social platforms
Direct designers, content creators, and video teams to produce high-performing campaigns
Team & Partners
Build and manage a lean team of freelancers and creative partners
Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals
Plan influencer partnerships, activations, and field campaigns
Performance & Reporting
Own marketing KPIs and deliver weekly performance reporting to leadership
Build dashboards and optimization frameworks
Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation and channel prioritization
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles
Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately
Fluent Arabic + professional English
Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and market dynamics
Proven track record in performance marketing: paid media, funnel optimization, analytics
Experience leading campaigns end-to-end — from strategy through execution and optimization
Comfortable operating in a startup environment with a small, agile team
Ability to work across brand, performance, and on-ground channels
Strong Plus
Saudi dialect proficiency
Experience growing a marketplace, app, or consumer platform
Familiarity with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Experience with influencer campaigns and content production
Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
Not A Fit If
You prefer structured corporate environments with defined processes
You manage agencies but have no direct campaign experience
You operate in only one domain (brand only or performance only)
You are not comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
Launch and optimize the initial acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
Contribute to onboarding the first wave of vendors and customers
Build a repeatable acquisition and content engine with a reliable team of partners
Establish clear KPIs, reporting cadence, and optimization frameworks
