Job Summary
DNB Properties is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute in-house marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through strategic planning, digital marketing, and campaign optimization to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage in-house marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital & offline)
- Generate qualified leads through platforms such as social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and property portals
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase lead flow and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to align lead quality and targets
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in real estate)
- Strong knowledge of online marketing channels and campaign management
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
