GymNation, the Middle East’s fastest-growing fitness brand, is seeking a hands-on
Performance Marketing Executive
to join the performance marketing team and help plan, run, and continuously optimise our paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond.
Paid media is one of the biggest growth levers in our business.
We need someone who can help run these channels with precision, scale them with discipline, and tell a clear commercial story to the wider marketing team about what’s working and what isn’t.
You’ll work alongside the team on the day-to-day execution of paid media across multiple markets - campaign builds, audience strategy, creative briefs, bidding, budget pacing, A/B testing, and reporting.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our data, content, CRM, and creative teams to make sure every campaign is firing on all cylinders.
This role reports into the senior marketing leadership team.
We leverage AI and automation across everything we do.
You’ll be expected to use AI tools and Claude Code to accelerate creative production, ad copywriting, audience research, automation, and reporting.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our head office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in building, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Help with the day-to-day: audience setup, creative briefs, ad copy, tracking, budget pacing, and post-campaign analysis.
- Run structured A/B and creative tests, and feed the learnings back to the creative team.
- Help track and report on CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and payback - with clear narratives, not just numbers.
- Help keep tracking and attribution clean (Meta CAPI, GTM, GA4) alongside the data team.
- Use AI tools and Claude Code to speed up reporting, creative production, competitor monitoring, and dashboards.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and emerging platform/AI changes worth acting on.
What You'Ll Bring
- 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with demonstrable results, ideally within a reputable agency or a fast-paced business.
- Particular expertise in Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok, across lead generation and awareness.
- Multi-market experience (especially GCC) and English + Arabic ad copy are strong pluses - although not a strict requirement.
- Working knowledge of Zapier would be a plus.
- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney) and Claude Code - or a clear ambition to get there quickly.
- Commercially minded, with a test-and-learn attitude, and a clear communicator who turns data into a story.
