We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, website management, marketing analytics, and AI-powered marketing tools.
The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality leads and improve overall marketing performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase student enrollments and business growth.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
• Looker Studio (preferred)
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
• Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate
• Lead Quality Analysis
- Build, manage, and optimize websites and landing pages using WordPress.
- Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates through ongoing optimization.
- Create engaging marketing creatives using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Other creative design tools
- Produce marketing videos and promotional content using AI-powered tools and video editing software.
- Utilize AI platforms such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- AI content generation tools
- AI video creation tools
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics and marketing data analysis.
- Proficiency in WordPress website development and landing page creation.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva, and video creation tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
