Overview

PECTIV is looking for a Performance Marketing & CRM Manager to own paid acquisition execution and retention campaign execution across our core channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

You will manage campaigns across Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Google, while also executing email and WhatsApp campaigns, automations, and retargeting flows that support retention and subscription growth.

You should be highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working closely with both the Head of Growth and the Creative Strategist to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media campaign execution across Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Google Ads
  • Build, launch, and optimize prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns
  • Monitor daily pacing, budgets, CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion performance
  • Scale winning campaigns and reduce spend on underperforming campaigns
  • Maintain clear campaign structures, naming conventions, and reporting systems
  • Translate performance insights into creative testing requests
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to test hooks, formats, angles, and offers
  • Build and execute email campaign calendars in coordination with the Head of Growth
  • Execute WhatsApp campaigns, broadcasts, and retention messaging
  • Build and maintain automated flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, win-back, replenishment reminders, post-purchase, and subscription reminders
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
  • Support retention execution for repeat purchase, subscriptions, and reactivation
  • Ensure tracking, pixels, attribution, and landing page links are functioning properly
  • Coordinate with Operations when high-performing SKUs are low in stock
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with clear action points and learnings
  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required
  • Experience with Snap, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is preferred
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation flows
  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing or CRM tools is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign data and turning it into actions
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
  • Experience in DTC ecommerce, beauty, wellness, or personal care is preferred
  • Experience in GCC markets is an advantage
