PECTIV is a premium women’s intimate care brand built around health, confidence, and innovation.

We are hiring a

Head of Growth & E-commerce

to lead our commercial growth across Shopify, subscriptions, retention, launches, and customer acquisition.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strategy, numbers, execution oversight, and ecommerce thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly revenue planning and ecommerce growth targets
  • Build and manage the promotional and commercial calendar
  • Lead Shopify growth strategy, merchandising, CRO, and conversion improvement
  • Own retention strategy across email, WhatsApp, subscriptions, win-back, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Improve LTV, repeat purchase rate, AOV, and subscription performance
  • Plan product launches and go-to-market strategies for new SKUs
  • Define CAC, MER, CVR, ROAS, and profitability targets by channel
  • Oversee performance marketing strategy across Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Google
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing & CRM Manager on campaign direction, scaling decisions, and reporting
  • Coordinate with the Creative Strategist on campaign concepts, content priorities, and testing needs
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure stock, landing pages, offers, and logistics are aligned before campaigns launch
  • Own Amazon and Noon from a commercial and growth perspective
  • Analyze cohorts, customer behavior, SKU performance, and channel profitability
  • Build weekly and monthly business reports for the founder

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce growth, digital commerce, or performance-led marketing
  • Strong experience with Shopify DTC brands
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, CVR, AOV, retention, and contribution margin
  • Experience building growth calendars, promo plans, and product launch plans
  • Experience working with paid media teams and CRM/lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional execution across creative, performance, and operations
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving founder-led business
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, FMCG, personal care, or women-focused brands is a plus
  • Experience in GCC / UAE / KSA ecommerce is a strong advantage
