PECTIV is a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE, helping women experience greater comfort, confidence, and intimate wellness through innovative sanitary and intimate care products.
As we continue our growth journey across the UAE and GCC, we are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing & Retention Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, improve retention, and drive sustainable ecommerce growth.
Role Description
This role will be responsible for managing PECTIV's paid advertising channels, customer acquisition strategy, retention marketing, and customer lifetime value growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong media buying skills with a deep understanding of ecommerce retention, customer journeys, and performance optimization.
Customer Acquisition
- Manage and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising campaigns.
- Scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitable CAC targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Launch and test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Manage advertising budgets and daily performance tracking.
Retention & CRM
- Develop customer retention strategies across Email and WhatsApp.
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle flows:
- Welcome Series
- Abandoned Cart
- Checkout Recovery
- Post-Purchase Flows
- Reorder Campaigns
- Win-Back Campaigns
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Support subscription growth and churn reduction initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
- Track and report key ecommerce KPIs:
- CAC
- ROAS
- MER
- AOV
- LTV
• CRM Revenue Contribution
- Analyze customer cohorts and retention performance.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Growth Manager and Creative Team to improve conversion performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Experience managing TikTok and Snapchat campaigns.
- Understanding of ecommerce retention and CRM marketing.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Shopify ecommerce brands.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.
