As we continue our growth journey across the UAE and GCC, we are looking for a highly driven Performance & Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and digital growth.

Role Description

The Performance & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities across paid advertising, customer retention, and ecommerce growth channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong media buying skills with a deep understanding of ecommerce performance, customer journeys, and digital growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising campaigns.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage customer retention initiatives through Email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, offers, and digital marketing trends.
  • Support Shopify conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Track and report digital marketing KPIs and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Experience working with ecommerce brands.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Shopify is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
