About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Fashion Designer with a strong background in women’s lingerie, sleepwear, loungewear
The ideal candidate should understand feminine silhouettes, premium fabrics, comfort, fit, functionality, and modern design trends.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of a new brand and shape its first product collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Design women’s lingerie, sleepwear, and loungewear collections
- Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and design concepts
- Research market trends, fabrics, colors, trims, and consumer preferences
- Develop product ideas that balance style, comfort, quality, and commercial appeal
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and sampling teams
- Support fabric selection, fitting, sample review, and product refinement
- Prepare tech packs and design specifications for production
- Help define the brand’s design direction and product identity
Requirements
- Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in lingerie, sleepwear, intimate apparel, or women’s wear
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, sizing, fit, and finishing
- Ability to create sketches, tech packs, and design presentations
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of premium and feminine brand aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a new brand launch
- Experience working with manufacturers or production teams is preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar design tools is a plus
