Your Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining HR data related to employee performance, productivity, attendance, headcount, and other relevant metrics
• Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
• Track and monitor KPIs linked to employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness
• Generate and update recurring reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis
• Help turn HR data into clear insights and simple visualizations to support decision-making
• Assist in documenting performance processes, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and clarity
• Support data accuracy and maintenance within HR systems and internal tracking tools
• Work closely with the HR team on initiatives related to performance reviews, employee development, and performance improvement
• Help improve internal reporting structures and performance tracking processes

Your Profil

• You hold a degree or completed training in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and employee performance metrics
• Willingness to learn HR systems and internal reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to summarize findings clearly and present data in a structured way
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in employee performance and organizational effectiveness
• Efficient, goal-oriented, and well organized
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Open to learning and working with AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
