• Performance management: structured process of setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and evaluating performance to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Value creation: identification and delivery of initiatives that enhance financial and operational performance, generating sustainable improvements in profitability, efficiency, and growth
• Business case: evaluation of investments, assessing financial impact, risks, and benefits to support informed decision-making and prioritization
• Define, monitor, and report on performance KPIs, partnering with business areas to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions
• Lead the development, governance, and monthly reporting of value creation frameworks, identifying opportunities to enhance and track value across business areas
• Support line manager in evaluating investments and its impact on the business , proposing and considering alternative options , proactively highlighting the risks and opportunities in proposals to assist management in making the decision
• Continue to enhance workstream processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Key Skills Required

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business/finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in management reporting or analytical accounting functions (preference for airline experience)
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting with a strong ability to automate processes and manage large datasets
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan etc.) for data analysis and automation
• Ability to summarize and present complex financial data to senior management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply governance, risk and compliance protocols Advanced communication skills --- English (verbal and writing); fluency in Arabic is an advantage
