About The Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.
This role is focused on execution, optimization, and scaling — not just running ads, but delivering real results.
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong ROI focus
- Monitor and improve key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Optimize marketing funnels to increase lead quality and conversions
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Ad Performance Analyst.
The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, conducting data analysis to optimize digital advertising efforts, and preparing detailed reports.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret insights, support decision-making, and recommend strategies to improve ad performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Data Analytics and Performance Analysis to monitor and interpret campaign results
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving for identifying performance trends and opportunities
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and clear reporting of insights
- Basic understanding of Finance to assess the impact of campaigns on business outcomes
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Prior experience with digital advertising platforms and online marketing tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field
