Payroll Specialist

with strong expertise in managing payroll for

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end
  • monthly payroll processing
  • for a large blue-collar workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilize

Oracle Fusion (Hcm And Payroll Module)

  • for payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
  • Process employee data including
  • attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and final settlements
  • .
  • Validate and reconcile payroll data from
  • time and attendance systems
  • .
  • Ensure
  • timely and accurate salary disbursement
  • , including WPS compliance where applicable.
  • Handle
  • payroll queries
  • from employees and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure
  • confidentiality of employee information
  • .
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and site teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
  • Support audits by preparing payroll reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with
  • local labor laws

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in
  • Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
