Payroll Specialist
with strong expertise in managing payroll for
blue-collar workforce

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion Payroll
and a solid understanding of labor regulations, timekeeping systems, and high-volume payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
- monthly payroll processing
- for a large blue-collar workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize
Oracle Fusion (Hcm And Payroll Module)
- for payroll processing, data management, and reporting.
- Process employee data including
- attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, allowances, and final settlements
- .
- Validate and reconcile payroll data from
- time and attendance systems
- .
- Ensure
- timely and accurate salary disbursement
- , including WPS compliance where applicable.
- Handle
- payroll queries
- from employees and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure
- confidentiality of employee information
- .
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and site teams for payroll inputs and approvals.
- Support audits by preparing payroll reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with
- local labor laws
- , payroll regulations, and company policies.
- Process
- end-of-service benefits, leave encashments, and off-cycle payrolls

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- .
- **4–7 years of payroll experience**
- , with a strong focus on
- blue-collar workforce payroll
- .
- Mandatory hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion Payroll
- .
- Experience handling
- high-volume payroll processing
- .
- Strong knowledge of
- UAE labor law, WPS, and payroll compliance
- .
- Proficiency in
Excel
- (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
