Job Summary
The ERP Administrator – Oracle Fusion is responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business processes.
The role involves managing system operations, user access, data integrity, and enhancements across modules such as Finance, Procurement, and HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HCM)
- Configure system setups, workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules
- Manage user roles, responsibilities, and access controls in line with security policies
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability
- Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related support queries and incident resolution
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Support system upgrades, patching, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across modules through validations and audits
- Develop and generate reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Coordinate with Oracle support and external vendors for issue resolution and improvements
- Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
- Conduct user training and provide continuous support to improve system adoption
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP administration/support
- Strong exposure to Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Procurement, or HCM)
- Experience in ERP implementations, enhancements, or migration projects is preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud environment and integration tools is an advantage
