Key Responsibilities

• Develop first patterns, prototypes, and production patterns for a wide range of apparel categories.

• Interpret design sketches, technical packs, and product specifications to deliver accurate patterns aligned with design intent.
• Participate in garment fittings and implement pattern corrections based on fit sessions and technical feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Technical Design, Product Development, Sampling, and Production teams throughout the development process.
• Ensure all patterns meet company fit standards, construction requirements, quality expectations, and production feasibility.
• Optimize pattern engineering to improve garment construction, fabric utilization, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare grading rules and maintain size consistency across all size ranges.
• Troubleshoot technical and fit issues during sampling and bulk production.
• Maintain organized digital pattern libraries, version control, and technical documentation.
• Support overseas factories by reviewing patterns, resolving technical issues, and ensuring production readiness.
• Mentor junior pattern makers and contribute to continuous improvement of pattern development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 5-8 years of experience
• as a Pattern Maker within the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proven experience developing patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in

Gerber

• (Pattern Design, Grading, and Marker Making) is

• Strong expertise in garment construction, fit analysis, grading, and production techniques.
• Extensive experience conducting fit sessions and implementing technical corrections.
• Strong understanding of industrial garment manufacturing and production processes.
• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturing partners is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, tech packs, and construction details.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• Experience working with international fashion brands or large-scale apparel manufacturers.
