The AI Creative Content Lead is a pioneering role at Gloria Jeans, responsible for producing high-quality, scalable, and on-brand visual content — including imagery, video, and motion assets — for brand.com and paid marketing campaigns, leveraging AI-native creative to

ols.

This role exists at the intersection of creative direction, AI tooling mastery, and e-commerce performance.

It is not a traditional creative role: it requires a content producer who can harness generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging visual tools to produce output at a speed and scale that traditional studios cannot match — while maintaining Gloria Jeans' brand standards and commercial object
