Description**Roles and Responsibilities:**
Organizational Accountabilities
- Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures
- Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
Functional Accountabilities
- Assist in implementing patient engagement programs and initiatives
- Communicate with patients and families to provide information and support
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate patient education sessions and awareness campaigns
- Support digital engagement platforms and tools for patient communication
- Work with clinical and administrative teams to promote patient-centered care
- Assist in organizing patient events, workshops, and focus groups
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and engagement activities
- Help prepare reports on engagement metrics and program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to patient rights
Requirements
- Knowledge and Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in patient engagement, healthcare quality, or customer service roles
- Understanding of patient-centered care principles and healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field
