Job Purpose
Coordinating the execution of hospital IT projects, ensuring effective project management processes are followed.
The role facilitates communication between stakeholders, monitors project progress, manages administrative project activities, and ensures alignment with hospital strategic goals, healthcare regulations, and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Organizational Accountabilities
- Ensure work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Ensure day-to-day activities are properly performed in line with policies and procedures
- Follow-up on escalated cases/issues of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
Functional Accountabilities
Coordinate IT project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, deadlines, and milestones.
+ Assist project managers in the preparation of project plans, progress reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
+ Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and project status meetings.
+ Coordinate vendor scheduling, logistics, and follow-up on deliverables.
+ Monitor adherence to internal project governance frameworks and quality standards.
+ Identify, log, and monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
+ Support project managers in risk mitigation activities and project audits.
+ Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to the development of project management templates and guides.

+ External Consultants and Healthcare Solution Providers
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Education
and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare clear reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of IT service workflows and healthcare IT systems is desirable.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
