FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC is hiring a care coordinator with a medical background for its Patient Care / Coordination department in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Assist patients throughout treatment and communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Explain procedures, treatment schedules, and patient instructions; handle inquiries and support patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate confidential records and support patient engagement, retention, and continuity of care.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a medical-related field.
- At least two years of patient care coordination or related healthcare experience.
- Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
- Previous hospital, medical center, or fertility clinic experience is preferred.
- IVF or OB-GYN experience is advantageous.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
