Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Saudi Arabia and is explicitly described as on-site.
What you will do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Riyadh.
- Own outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and partner handover.
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
- Ensure partner fit, accurate contracts, and smooth onboarding.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals, and category coverage.
- Maintain the CRM pipeline, report results, and share market feedback with internal teams.
What you bring
- Three to five years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role, with a record of closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Riyadh's market and brand landscape.
- Comfort with monthly targets, KPIs, and CRM.
- Careful handling of contracts and partner handovers.
- Understanding of student preferences for brands.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or growing company.
- Experience with youth- or student-focused brands.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
