The role builds the company’s partner base in Jeddah by finding, pitching, negotiating with, and signing brands.
What you will do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Jeddah categories.
- Manage the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
- Build a presence around Jeddah universities and represent UNIPAL in partner meetings and local business events.
- Ensure partners are a good long-term fit, contracts are accurate, and onboarding is smooth.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage.
- Maintain the CRM pipeline, report numbers, and share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
What you bring
- 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia, with a record of closing deals.
- Confidence approaching businesses and pitching to owners; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and its brand landscape, and an understanding of what students want from brands.
- Comfort working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM; careful attention to contract details and partner handovers.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience opening a new city or market is a plus.
- Experience with youth- or student-focused brands is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
