About the Role
Eastern Province is one of Unipal's biggest growth opportunities in Saudi Arabia with a large student population and strong local brand scene.
Build Unipal's partner base in the city: find, pitch, negotiate, and sign brands students love, and hit monthly targets.
Work closely with the KSA partnerships team, Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.
What You Will Do
- Find and sign student-relevant brands across Eastern Province in line with Unipal's categories.
- Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
- Build a presence around Eastern Province's universities so partners see the student footfall.
- Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
- Make sure every new partner is a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding.
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage.
- Keep CRM pipeline clean and report numbers clearly.
- Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve offers.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role in Saudi Arabia, with a record of closing deals.
- Confidence to walk into a business, ask for the owner, and pitch.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Eastern Province market and its brand landscape.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM.
- Careful with details in contracts and partner handovers.
- A good understanding of what students want from brands.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup, or opening a new city or market.
- Experience with youth or student-focused brands.
- Fluent Arabic and English.
