Halian is growing its Contract Solutions business and seeks an experienced Partnerships Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on developing existing strategic client relationships and account growth, rather than traditional recruitment focused on winning new logos.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic client relationships and build connections across client organizations in Saudi Arabia.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand clients’ businesses, technology landscapes, upcoming projects, and workforce plans.
- Identify opportunities for Halian to provide additional recruitment and workforce solutions.
- Grow existing high-value accounts and Halian’s presence within them over the long term.

- Genuine interest in building and developing client relationships.
