The role

Key responsibilities

• Represent Hypemasters locally and build awareness across the gaming and business ecosystem.
• Build relationships with professionals, partners, investors, government entities, gaming organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and attend relevant gaming, technology, business, and investment events.
• Identify partnerships, introductions, and collaborations that could benefit Hypemasters and its games.
• Serve as the main local stakeholder contact and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide weekly updates on meetings, contacts, market developments, events, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
• Monitor the Saudi gaming industry, government initiatives, ecosystem developments, and company growth opportunities.
• Coordinate local meetings, events, introductions, and other activities.
• Independently manage local activities and keep the wider team informed of progress.

• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence meeting people, and strong networking ability.
• Outgoing, sociable, proactive, and able to represent a company professionally.
• Strong organizational skills to manage meetings, events, follow-ups, and priorities independently.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without constant direction.
• Strong written communication skills for structured weekly updates.
• Interest in gaming, technology, startups, or the wider business ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Nice to have

• Experience in partnerships, community management, business development, stakeholder relations, events, or a similar people-facing role.
• An existing network in Saudi gaming, esports, technology, startup, or investment ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s gaming industry and its organizations, initiatives, and events.
• Experience representing a company at conferences, networking events, or industry meetings.
