Junior role supporting player support and community engagement for Hypemasters' strategy games.
Work alongside the Community & Support Manager and internal teams to help players have a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to player queries through email, app stores, Discord, and social media.
- Monitor app-store reviews, escalate recurring issues, and share player feedback.
- Engage the community and support activities, events, and content campaigns.
- Prepare gameplay videos and written updates about game releases, events, and changes.
- Communicate with content creators and community members.
- Track feedback, support metrics, and engagement; share insights with the manager.
- Identify player-experience improvements and make support processes more efficient.
Requirements
- Interest in gaming and engaging with player communities.
- Strong written and spoken English, good communication, and attention to detail.
- Organized, proactive approach and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Comfortable recording gameplay footage; no on-camera presence is required.
Preferred experience and interests
- Familiarity with Discord and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Customer support, community management, or communications experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Interest in learning about analytics, AI tools, and automation is a plus.
