The Junior Community & Support Associate will support players, engage the gaming community, and help ensure a positive experience across the company's games.
The role works alongside the Community & Support Manager and is aimed at someone beginning their career who enjoys gaming and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with player support through email, app stores, Discord, and social media, ensuring responses are timely, helpful, and accurate.
- Monitor and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews, escalate recurring issues, and share player feedback with the team.
- Help manage and engage the player community across Discord and social media.
- Support community activities, events, and content campaigns; help create and publish gameplay videos and written updates.
- Support communication with content creators and community members.
- Track player feedback, support metrics, and community engagement, sharing insights with the Community & Support Manager.
- Identify player experience and support-process improvements, and work with internal teams to communicate feedback effectively.
What we're looking for
- An interest in gaming and a genuine desire to engage with player communities.
- Strong written and spoken English, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
- An organised, proactive approach, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility.
- Comfort recording gameplay footage for updates; no on-camera presence is required.
- Familiarity with Discord and social media platforms is advantageous.
- Customer support, community management, or communications experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Interest in learning about analytics, AI tools, and automation is a plus.
