About This Role
Overview
Tech First Gulf is hiring a Partner Sales Manager (IC) – IT System Integration Ecosystem to support and drive high-volume AV and ELV projects in Jeddah.
The role requires hands-on experience in managing AV/ELV opportunities from project identification and BOQ analysis through proposal submission and commercial closure, working closely with consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop volume AV & ELV project opportunities across Western Saudi provinces
- Coordinate with system integrators, MEP contractors, and consultants for project specifications
- Prepare and review BOQs, pricing, technical submittals, and commercial proposals, including handling proof of concept (POC)
- Track projects from early design/specification stage through execution and handover
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AV & ELV system integration
- Strong understanding of channel partner–based projects and tender workflows
- Working knowledge of AV and ELV technologies and solutions
- Mandatory experience in the KSA market
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
