Key Responsibilitiesleadership & Practice Management

  • Lead and grow the Forensic Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice.
  • Develop strategic plans, service offerings, and market positioning.
  • Mentor and develop senior managers, managers, and investigation teams.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.

Fraud & Forensic Investigations

  • Direct complex fraud investigations involving financial misconduct, asset misappropriation, corruption, bribery, cyber fraud, and employee misconduct.
  • Oversee evidence gathering, forensic accounting analyses, and investigative reporting.
  • Lead interviews of key stakeholders, witnesses, and suspects.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, regulators, law enforcement agencies, and external experts.

Dispute Advisory & Litigation Support

  • Provide expert guidance in commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and financial damage assessments.
  • Oversee forensic reviews and preparation of expert reports.
  • Support arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
  • Present findings to clients, boards, audit committees, and legal teams.

Financial Crime & Regulatory Compliance

  • Advise clients on anti-fraud frameworks, anti-bribery and corruption programs, and whistleblower investigations.
  • Lead compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  • Support clients in responding to regulatory inquiries and enforcement actions.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, law firms, regulators, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship partner for key accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage engagement risks, budgets, and profitability.
