Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with system setup, user account management, and software installations.
- Support troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic system administration tasks.
- Support IT projects, testing activities, and technology initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to work part-time and manage assigned tasks independently.
