We are looking for a results-driven
Corporate Relationship Manager
to acquire and manage commercial/corporate banking relationships, drive deposit growth, and expand the bank's liability portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of
Corporate & SME clients
- Drive growth in
CASA, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and Liability Products
- Identify and onboard new-to-bank corporate relationships
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services
- Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement and business reviews
- Structure tailored solutions in collaboration with product, credit, and risk teams
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies
Key Targets & KPIs
ā Open
10 new corporate accounts per month
ā Generate
AED 10 Million+ CASA
monthly
ā Acquire
5 new Fixed Deposits per month
(minimum AED 1.5 Million each)
ā Achieve
15ā20% portfolio growth
across deposits and client segments
ā Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in
- Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Liabilities Sales, or Relationship Management
- Strong network within the UAE corporate/SME market
- Track record in acquiring CASA and Fixed Deposits
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Sound understanding of banking compliance and risk requirements
