Client Industry: Real estate and Property

Contract Duration: 1 year extendable

Salary: AED 40,000 - 45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily administration of HR activities across entities, including employee records, HR letters, documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee files.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, arranging documentation, and assisting with the onboarding process.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and support new employees during their joining process, including collection of required documents and coordination with relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee information in the HR system and ensure proper filing of employment documents.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, arranging logistics, and following up with employees and training providers.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure employee records and HR processes are maintained in line with company policy and UAE labor law requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification or training is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within a multi-entity or service-oriented organization.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR administrative procedures.
  • Experience in HR systems, payroll coordination, recruitment support, employee records, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
