Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administration of HR activities across entities, including employee records, HR letters, documentation, attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, arranging documentation, and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Prepare onboarding documents and support new employees during their joining process, including collection of required documents and coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee information in the HR system and ensure proper filing of employment documents.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, arranging logistics, and following up with employees and training providers.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure employee records and HR processes are maintained in line with company policy and UAE labor law requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification or training is desirable.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably within a multi-entity or service-oriented organization.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR administrative procedures.
- Experience in HR systems, payroll coordination, recruitment support, employee records, and onboarding processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
