- Salary is AED 1,200–1,600 per month.

Responsibilities
- Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces.
- Clean, sand, fill cracks, and apply primer to prepare surfaces.
- Mix and match paints to achieve required colours and finishes.
- Perform repainting, touch-ups, and routine painting maintenance.
- Use and maintain painting tools and equipment properly.
- Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete tasks on schedule.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of painter experience, preferably in real estate or building maintenance.
- The posting separately states that 1 year of painter experience is required.
- Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to perform painting and finishing work independently.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, safe work practices, and ability to meet deadlines.
