Designs, develops, and implements AI-powered solutions to improve operations, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making across a real estate development business.
The position sits within Information Technology / Digital Transformation.
AI solutions and integration
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine-learning solutions for business applications.
- Build AI-powered automation tools, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
- Integrate AI models and APIs with Odoo ERP, CRM, and property-management platforms.
- Use Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks to build scalable applications.
- Explore Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG for internal business solutions.
Process improvement and delivery
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement.
- Collaborate across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to implement solutions.
- Ensure data security, model accuracy, performance, and responsible AI use.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development with AI implementation.
- Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with machine-learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and system integration.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
- ERP, CRM, or real estate technology experience is preferred.
- Practical AI implementation, business-process automation, and enterprise-system integration experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 7,000 per month.
