Full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Executive role based in Dubai.
UAE real estate developer experience is mandatory.
Experience and education
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Systems and skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Yardi is required.
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer data in Odoo and Yardi.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
