The role focuses on positioning residential and/or commercial developments in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated online and offline campaigns.
- Lead branding and maintain consistent positioning across marketing materials and communications.
- Manage social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Plan and execute project launches, promotional events, and marketing activations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors on collateral and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and market trends, and recommend optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- The posting specifies 3–5 years of marketing experience directly with a UAE real estate developer and separately states one year of direct developer experience as required.
- Direct UAE real estate development experience is mandatory; agency-only experience is not the stated experience.
- Demonstrated experience launching and marketing real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, branding, digital marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and marketing analytics platforms.
- Arabic is listed as highly preferred in one requirement and required in the language section.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 20,000 per month.
