We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Painter** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and general maintenance touch-ups to ensure our buildings remain in excellent condition.
This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting tasks across buildings and facilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and priming as needed
- Repair minor wall damages such as cracks, dents, and peeling paint
- Match paint colors and mix materials when required
- Maintain tools, equipment, and painting supplies in good condition
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure work areas are clean and safe after completing tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a painter, preferably in maintenance or facilities work
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
- Basic understanding of surface preparation and repair work
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
