The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, manpower management, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Assistant Area Manager acts as a key liaison between site teams and management to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supervising valet parking operations across assigned locations.
- Support the Area Manager in ensuring all sites meet operational and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, service quality, and compliance.
- Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Valet Attendants.
- Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, deployment, and productivity.
- Ensure proper vehicle handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and site management.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and operational issues and submit reports to management.
- Conduct staff coaching and on-the-job training to improve performance and service quality.
- Monitor site equipment, uniforms, and operational assets to ensure proper maintenance.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures and process improvements.
- Assist in achieving operational targets, productivity goals, and client satisfaction objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years+ of experience in valet operations, parking management, hospitality, or transportation services.
- At least 3 years+ of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of valet parking operations and customer service standards.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- UAE Driving License is required.
- UAE experience in valet operations or parking management is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
