Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our Parking Systems operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project requirements and updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
- Track material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Follow up on approvals, permits, and project-related submissions.
- Support project budgeting and cost tracking activities.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and project handovers.
- Identify potential project risks or delays and escalate them appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience in **ELV systems, parking systems, access control, CCTV, security systems, or related industries** is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management tools and documentation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
