Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Coordinator** to support the daily operations of our valet parking services.

This role is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining operational standards, and serving as a key liaison between management, clients, and valet team members.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily valet parking operations across assigned locations.
  • Schedule, monitor, and communicate staffing assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and client requests.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
  • Track operational metrics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate vehicle flow and traffic management during peak periods and special events.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
  • Manage inventory of operational supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
  • Support management with process improvements and special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, facility management, transportation, parking, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Customer-service-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
