GuestReady is a hospitality management company operating across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE.

The company develops its own property management software, RentalReady, and identifies Dubai as a priority market.

The role

The Owner Success Associate supports a portfolio of property owners in Dubai as GuestReady grows its UAE team.

The associate handles day-to-day owner requests, supports new-owner onboarding, and works with Account Managers and Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance teams.

The role is presented as a step toward account management, with a path to Account Manager through the company's career framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Support property owners, respond to requests, and keep them informed about their properties.
  • Track portfolio requests and follow up so open issues are addressed.
  • Prepare performance updates and owner statements; help owners understand occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
  • Handle questions and concerns, escalating to an Account Manager when appropriate.
  • Maintain owner communications and portfolio records in the CRM.
  • Share feedback and recurring issues to improve owner experience.

What the role requires

  • 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, such as customer success, client support, or account coordination.
  • Clear, friendly communication, a customer-first mindset, organisation, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools; fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to learn and care for owners; prior property or revenue-management expertise is not required.

Nice to have

  • Hospitality, short-term rental, real estate, or property management experience.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and DTCM holiday home regulations.
  • Arabic language skills.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience.

Work arrangement

  • Hybrid working, based in Dubai.
