GuestReady is a hospitality management company operating across the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE.
The company develops its own property management software, RentalReady, and identifies Abu Dhabi as a priority market.
The role
Build and lead GuestReady in Abu Dhabi, owning the city’s growth, daily operations, owner and guest experience, and results.
Report to the Director of Business Operations, UAE, and work with the Dubai team and central Revenue Management, Guest Experience, Finance, and Owner Success teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role building operations from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Own Abu Dhabi P&L and targets for portfolio growth, occupancy, revenue, owner retention, and guest reviews.
- Grow the property portfolio through relationships with owners, developers, and local partners.
- Act as the senior contact for key owners.
- Run cleaning, maintenance, check-ins, and quality operations with local teams and suppliers.
- Ensure properties have holiday home permits and comply with Abu Dhabi regulations, including DCT requirements.
- Hire, lead, and develop the local team.
- Work with Guest Experience on stay quality and guest feedback.
- Track and report city KPIs and drive operational improvements.
What we're looking for
- 5–8 years in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or real estate, including 2–3 years leading a team.
- Experience owning results for a city, region, property, or business unit.
- Strong operational experience setting up and running field operations and suppliers.
- Commercial mindset and comfort with P&L and numbers.
- Confidence building relationships with owners, developers, and partners.
- Hands-on, organized, independent approach in a growing market.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Abu Dhabi market experience and DCT holiday home licensing experience.
- Experience launching or scaling a business in a new city.
- Arabic language skills.
- Experience with property management systems or CRM tools.
