The role
The Owner Success Associate joins the UAE team in Dubai and supports a portfolio of property owners.
The role supports owner onboarding and day-to-day requests, working with Account Managers and Operations, Guest Experience, and Finance teams.
The position is presented as a first step into account management, with a path to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage owner requests and communications, track follow-ups, and keep owners informed about their properties.
- Support onboarding, prepare performance updates and owner statements, and help owners understand occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
- Resolve questions and concerns, escalating when needed; maintain CRM records and share recurring feedback to improve owner experience.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, client support, or account coordination.
- Clear, friendly communication, a customer-first mindset, strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and CRM tools; willingness to learn and grow into account management.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate, or property management.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and holiday home regulations (DTCM); Arabic; or experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Property or revenue management expertise is not required; the employer says training will be provided.
