Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused OMR Coordinator to manage and coordinate medical referrals, overseas medical treatment cases, and international patient services.
The ideal candidate must hold an MBBS degree and have proven experience handling international patients, medical coordination, and healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage overseas medical referrals and treatment cases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and their families.
- Liaise with hospitals, specialists, insurance providers, and government agencies regarding patient treatment plans.
- Review medical reports, treatment recommendations, and referral documentation.
- Facilitate appointment scheduling, medical travel arrangements, and treatment coordination.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and case documentation.
- Prepare medical summaries, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or patient services.
- Proven experience handling international patients and overseas medical referrals.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment pathways, and healthcare systems.
- Experience coordinating complex medical cases and multidisciplinary care.
